尼龙12是一种良好的电绝缘体，与其他聚酰胺一样，不会因潮湿而影响绝缘性能
它具有良好的抗冲击性和化学稳定性
注射成型干燥工艺条件：加工前湿度应低于0.1%。如果材料储存在空气中，建议在85℃的热风中干燥4至5小时。如果材料在温度平衡后3小时可以直接储存在容器中
熔化温度：240~300℃；对于普通特性材料，温度不得超过310C；对于具有阻燃性能的材料，温度不得超过270C
模具温度：非增强材料为30~40℃，薄壁或大面积构件为80~90℃，增强材料为90~100℃。提高温度会增加材料的结晶度。精确控制模具温度对PA12非常重要
注射压力：高达1000巴（建议使用低压和高熔化温度）
注射速度：高速（适用于含有玻璃添加剂的材料）
流道和浇口：对于不含添加剂的材料，由于材料的低粘度，流道直径应在30mm左右。加强材料需要5至8 mm的大流道直径。流道的形状应为圆形。注意入口应尽可能短。可以使用各种形式的闸门。不要在大型塑料零件上使用小闸门。这是为了避免塑料零件的过度压力或过度收缩。浇口厚度最好等于塑料部件的厚度。如果使用水下闸门，建议的最小直径为0.8mm。热流道模具非常有效，但需要精确的温度控制，以防止材料在喷嘴处泄漏或凝固。如果使用热流道，浇口尺寸应小于冷流道。通常使用水表和其他商业设备、电缆护套、机械凸轮、滑动机构和轴承

Recycling PA12 Nylon12 Granules
PA12 is a good electrical insulator and, like other polyamides, does not affect insulation properties due to moisture.
It has good impact resistance and chemical stability.
PA12 has many improved varieties in terms of plasticizing properties and reinforcing properties.
Drying process conditions of injection molding: The humidity should be below 0.1% before processing. If the material is stored in the air, it is recommended to dry in 85C hot air for 4 to 5 hours. If the material is stored in a closed container, it can be used directly after 3 hours of temperature equilibration.
Melting temperature: 240~300C; do not exceed 310C for ordinary characteristic materials, and do not exceed 270C for materials with flame retardant properties.
Mold temperature: 30~40C for unreinforced materials, 80~90C for thin-walled or large-area components, and 90~100C for reinforced materials. Increasing the temperature will increase the crystallinity of the material. Precise control of mold temperature is important for PA12.
Injection pressure: up to 1000 bar (low pressure and high melting temperature are recommended)
Injection speed: high speed (better for materials with glass additives).
Runners and gates: For materials without additives, the runner diameter should be around 30mm due to the low viscosity of the material. A large flow path diameter of 5 to 8 mm is required for the reinforced material. The shape of the flow path should be all circular. Note the entrance should be as short as possible. Various forms of gates can be used. Do not use small gates for large plastic parts. This is to avoid excessive pressure or excessive shrinkage of the plastic parts. The gate thickness is preferably equal to the thickness of the plastic part. If a submerged gate is used, the recommended minimum diameter is 0.8mm. Hot runner molds are very effective, but require precise temperature control to prevent material from leaking or solidifying at the nozzle. If hot runners are used, the gate size should be smaller than the cold runner. Typical uses Water gauges and other commercial equipment, cable jackets, mechanical cams, sliding mechanisms and bearings.
